FACILITIES PROVIDED:-Tender love and care, wholesome and nutritious food, clothing, free education free medical aid moral teaching, vocational training, art and painting, music classes are the facilities provided to the inmates.

EDUCATION:- Giving more importance for the educational progress of children by focusing in the future life. 55 students are studying in English medium school affiliated to CBSE and ICSE. Vision is to make them Capable to face the challenges of life and lead a fruitfull life for themselves and for the society.

Education will not be restricted to a limit .Continuous effort will ensure that enough facility in there to choose various fields up to higher level depending up on individual's taste and efficiency. Special care is giving for the moral,spritual,physical and mental growth of children.

CARE AFTER EDUCATION: After education each inmate will get full support and help to build up a good career and will continue to enjoy the love, care,and protection as real parents are doing for their own children. In brief,even after education there will be helping hands around them to make a belief that they are still under the shade of love and care.

M.D.D CHARITABLE DISPENSARY:- Sh. Gain Singh Chawla Municipal Committee Chairman on 29th Dec.2002 inaugurated free dispensary in our premises. On the same day we organized free medical camp with the co-operation of HMA KNL. About 10,000 poor and needy villagers of Phoosgarh and children of M.D.D Bal Bhawan were benefited and it is working 6 hours daily

M.D.D. VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER :- On 14th Nov. 2003, on the occasion of children’s day Dr.J.K Pasricha Memorial M.D.D Vocational Training Center was set up in the premises of Bal Bhawan and inaugurated by Smt. Vimal Vashisht, Income Tax Commissioner Karnal. The Inmates of Bal Bhawan and the poor and needy villagers of Phoosgarh are getting training in computer, candle making, soap making cutting and tailoring through this. March 27,2009 established M.D.D Library and Computer Centre with the help of TATA Indicom and Samsung Company.

PULSE POLIO CENTER:- A pulse polio vaccination center has been running for the last four years and thousands of children from nearby areas were benefited.
