1.Celebrated different festivals and functions of national Importance like Republic Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas Id and Foundation Day etc.
2.Celebrated 4th Foundation Day on 6th July 2003. Sh. Ranbir Singh Doon, Deputy Commissioner was the Chief Guest Ex-Minster Sh. Shashipal Mehta and Sh. Bhimsen Mehta M.L.A., Sh. Harish Narang, and Sh. R.S Rajan, D.S.W.O., was the Guests of Honour.
3.Under the social Development programmed the NIFA Canara bank and Lion’s Club, Jaycyee club, L&T staff Recreation Club have Organized various activities for the help of children of Bal Bhawan.

4. On children’s Day on 14th Nov. 2003,our children participated in a function at Bal Bhawan, Karnal organized by Distt. Child Welfare Department.
5.To include the high value of life, like worship of God, Love for the country, discipline, honesty, hard work etc. the children are inspired to adopt such values through good stories told to them.

6.The children are getting training in art, painting, candle making, soap making cutting & tailoring and beautician course etc. The children are learning music and dance regularly from Prof. Pawan Kumar (music Lecture of Tagore Bal Niketan, Karnal).
7. Children participated in the various athletic events on the sports day.
8. Free medical camps were organized in 2004 & 2005. Thousands of poor and needy villagers and 64 inmates of Bal Bhawan were benefited.
9.Children got training in Meditation and yoga at Divya yoga Mandir Sec-7, Karnal.
10. Celebrated 5th Foundation day on 11th July, 2004 Dr. Arvind Sharma M.P was the Chief Guest, ADGP Haryana Sh. K. Koshy IPS was the Guest of Honour.

11.Children were taken to Science Panorama at Kurukshetra and Pipli Zoological Park in Feb.2005.
12. Different tours were organized in 2005 to Haridwar, Dehradun, Mussoorie and Delhi Trade Fair.
13.Senior girls Participated in the one-day Milk products Making Training at National Dairy Development Research Institute Karnal in July 2005, with the cooperation of Rotary Club, Karnal.
14. Celebrated 6th Foundation Day on the 10th July 2005, Sh. Rakesh Kamboj MLA was the Chief Guest & S. Balvinder Singh Kalra, Chairman of M.C Karnal was the Guest of Honour.Celbrated 9th Foundation day in July 2008 Shri Vijay Sethia Preisdent Rice Mill Association of Karnal was the Chief Guest and Shri Kanishk Gupta Director Liberty Trends was the Guest Of Honour.
